Noel Rimalovski
Noel Rimalovski is the Managing Partner of GH Partners, an investment bank headquartered in NY with a branch office in London. At GH Partners, Mr. Rimalovski leads the investment banking team providing advisory services to clients including, sales and acquisitions of companies, restructurings, private placements, credit advisory, valuations and fairness opinions. GH’s clients include domestic and international public and private companies and government agencies with a focus in the Space and Defense industries. Prior to joining GH Partners, Mr. Rimalovski was Senior Vice President at Macquarie Capital (USA), 2007-08, focusing on investing in the telecommunications and technology sectors, including $1.8bn of investments in communications infrastructure. Prior to Macquarie, he was Director in the Mergers & Acquisition Group of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, and its predecessor Wasserstein Perella, where he completed over $20 billion in transactions in the Industrial, Consumer, Technology, Telecommunications and Media sectors. Prior to WP, he gained experience as a banker on government-backed structured financings, securitizations and proprietary investments at Lazard Frères.
In addition to his role at GH Partners, Mr. Rimalovski serves as a Senior Advisor to GapSat, a company that provides in-orbit geostationary communications satellites on an interim basis.
Mr. Rimalovski earned his MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School, where he made the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society and received the Wall Street Journal Achievement Award for Finance. He holds a BA, Quantitative Economics, from Tufts University.

Chris Faletra
Chris Faletra has more than 35 years of experience in the satellite communications industry. Born in Boston, MA, Chris’s satcom career began at GTE Telecom International Systems, Waltham, MA in 1986, starting as a Co-Op student from Northeastern University and moving up to Senior Project Engineer. Chris currently continues to expand the services available at the COMSAT and Goonhilly Teleports. The long time WTA Tier 4 certification of both the COMSAT Southbury and Santa Paula and the UK Teleport Certifications at Goonhilly put them in a unique position to support Ground Segment Infrastructure for the GEO/MEO/LEO Services and well as CIS Lunar, Deep Space and Space Domain Awareness Services.
Bob Pescatore
Bob Pescatore rejoined Comtech in 2025 as Vice President & General Manager of Comtech Satellite Network Technologies, Inc. (CSNTI). CSNTI designs and manufactures advanced satellite modems and amplifiers at its facilities in Chandler, AZ, and Santa Clara, CA. He previously served as General Manager of CSNTI’s Digital Modem business in 2022. Before returning to Comtech, Bob spent 13 years at Cubic Defense in a variety of leadership roles, including Business Development Director, Senior Program Director, and Vice President & General Manager. Earlier in his career, Bob served 20 years in the United States Marine Corps as an F/A-18C pilot, culminating in his role as Commanding Officer of a Marine Fighter Attack Squadron aboard USS Stennis (CVN 74).

Dee joined Speedcast in 2022 to elevate the company’s product vision and strategy, accelerate growth and expand the value-added portfolio of services including SIGMA, as well as the integration of key LEO constellations, Starlink and OneWeb into the Speedcast offering. In her +20-year-career, she has worked across the telecom and technology industries, from satellite communications to broadcasting, consulting and sustainability. Prior to joining Speedcast, Dee served as COO of Asia Broadcast Satellite and in multiple management roles at Intelsat and Panamsat. Her experience includes management and sales positions with Asian TV and Ethnic American Broadcasting Company, as well as operations management for OXMAN, a startup founded by Neri Oxman of the MIT Media Lab that creates platforms focused on sustainability. Dee is a graduate of Ruparel College India and Columbia University and has completed executive education in accounting and Finance at Columbia’s Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.
