Rob Mitrevski is President, Golden Dome Strategy and Integration at L3Harris Technologies. In this role, Mitrevski aligns strategy, technology, programs, and business development across all segments and functions of L3Harris for Golden Dome, a next-generation air and missile defense initiative led by the U.S. Department of Defense. He is responsible for leading cohesive capture efforts, coordinating technical development, prioritizing resources, and ensuring unified leadership visibility to advance pursuit milestones for Golden Dome.
Mitrevski brings more than 35 years of experience in general management, operations, and engineering, with a deep background in missile defense systems and complex program captures. Prior to this appointment, he served as VP and General Manager, of the Spectral Solutions division within L3Harris Technologies’ multi-billion-dollar Space Systems business sector.
Under his leadership, the division secured critical wins such as the Missile Defense Agency’s Hypersonic and Ballistic Tracking Space Sensor (HBTSS) program and Tranche 0, 1, and 2 of the Space Development Agency’s Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture Tracking Layer—contributing to more than 300% business growth and a significant facilities expansion.
